We went to Mines view at the top of Baguio where the scenery was great.
It was dam cold as you can see the clouds.
The park was the next stop after seeing the Mansion or Wright Park. To reach the observation deck, you need to go down a winding stone-covered stairway which is just close to the parking area. You should be careful when going up and down the stairway just after a rain as the steps can be very slippery and it was raining at that time.
