I had my 2.4km run on tuesday and only got 16mins plus.
I need to reduce my timing by 4mins!Anyway the side effects of running are bad,I had leg muscle pain,Back and Feet till today.
But today feels better.When i was running my 2.4km on the stadium track on tuesday i had to run 7 rounds around!
At the 1st round,i was running near the field when a lizard or a charmeleon hit my shoes as it ran pass.Lols it shock me.
