Website / Forums was turned off at around 6AM PST because of our web hoster. DMCA as usual.
2 hours later, server was turned off with a DMCA to our dedicated server hoster. I contacted both of them and requested them to turn the servers back on so that I can remove the so-called copyrighted material, but they both said I had too many DMCAs, so they rejected my request.
So, I ask them if I can get a back up of all my files and they allowed me to do that. I had to learn how to use VPN to get my files and everything; it was a mess. Alright, so now, I decided to go with off-shore hosting. Hopefully, this will bypass DMCA laws.
Since I wasn't able to update you guys with this website, I had to rely on Facebook. So, if you were a fan of our page, you would have known what was going on. Also, there was a fake server called ZakuraMS going around trying to steal our players. Please do not believe anything they say.
Do not believe rumors. Only believe information that you received from the Official RydahMS websites / forums / facebook etc.
Note: If something like this happens again, all updates will be posted on Facebook.

Ordered a server from an off-shore company.
24 hours later, I received an email saying the server is ready / activated.
I try to login with the information provided, but the server wasn't online.
Emailed them and had to wait another 24 hours for a reply (24 hours because it was a weekend)

Okay, got a reply saying that the server is now online.
I checked it and indeed it was.
Then, I checked if all the details and information was correct, but they gave me a 32-bit.
I needed 64-bit to utilize more RAMs.
So, I emailed them and ask them to reload the entire server to a Windows 2k3 64-bit.

24 hours later, they have finished reloading the server.
Too bad I was out the whole day, so I didn't work on it today.

I had to migrate all the files and database to the new dedicated server.
I had to use private network since they blocked off the public network on the old dedi.
Okay, so progress 90%, just had to configure some things and it should be ready.

"Configure some things" completed.
And now, server is online.
Updates / Other Information:
Server is now hosted in Netherlands. Therefore, if you live closer, you will have less ping lag. United States will be a bit laggier, but if this is what it takes to bring the server back up, then that's how it has to be.
There has been no wipe. The server is the same as it was before the server went down.

We might need to upgrade our RAM / Bandwidth capacity later on.
